One of my brother's best friends, a friend for half our lives and one of the groomsmen in his wedding, is trying to raise money for his little sister. His sister has a rare form of cancer and due to socialized medicine in Mesadonia, and the doctors unable to treat it fully, they gave her a check and washed their hands of her. A hospital in Houston has a good chance of saving her, but she has to be somewhat self sustaining to travel before the hospital can attempt to help her. She cannot get insured until the cancer is in remission, which is why Zoki is trying to raise money. We want to do all we can to help him with donations, because time is of the essence.

I'm a hard sell on issues like these because there always seems to be so many causes, and it feels so hard to make an impact. But this is a family we love, and a story that makes me thankful for all that I have. I hope that you are feeling that way too. Please take a look.
